BST partnered with Skipti to facilitate booking, payment, and delivery of sporting equipment.


TENNIS DEMOS DELIVERED SAME-DAY

It’s now possible for BST customers to try racquets for 2 weeks before they buy them. Racquets arrive via Skipti courier fleet the same-day, or within two days via UPS. BST utilizes Skipti’s patent pending calendar booking and inventory management system to power this program. Today, BST has decided to double its tennis demo inventory.

SKI TUNING & RACQUET RESTRINGING

BST has also taken advantage of Skipti’s repair model software and logistics. Customers are now able to have their skis and racquets picked up at their home, have them serviced at the shop and brought back to them the next day. Skipti’s interconnected booking, payment, customer service, tracking, and same-day delivery fleet make the entire process seamless.

CURBSIDE, IN-STORE & VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS

If customers would prefer to drop-off or pickup their own gear, Skipti makes it easy. BST can see all appointment types on one calendar, which makes daily management a breeze. BST customers can even schedule a Zoom call to check out the latest gear with knowledge staff. Skipti allows BST to limit calendar availability based on available staff and charge an optional reservation fee.
